Heavy Haulage & Oversized Loads
Any freight that exceeds the standard width, weight and height restrictions specified by the Australian Government, is called “heavy haulage” or “oversized loads”.
At Vardan Transport, we have all the permits, licences, relevant vehicles, pilot services, and anything else necessary to safely transport oversized freight (anything that is wider than 2.5 metres). Additionally, if you are unable to receive your freight, we will ensure that we store it till we can safely hand it over to you.

- Any freight that exceeds the standard height, weight and width specifications
The Victorian standards specify that any freight that is wider than 3.5 metres wide requires special pilot and escort services to ensure their safe transit. Hence, when you have any such oversized freight, we comply with all necessary standards, and employ an efficient pilot and escort service for the transportation vehicle, so your shipment reaches the destination smoothly.
